close colleagues are all leaving one by one.

but isn’t that life all about?

people leave footprints in your life, but whether you choose to want to continue having them, its entirely up to both of you.

for now, nothing matters more important to me than having a fulfilling career and cherishing all relationships.

i don’t blog as often for so many reasons.

i don’t even have enough time to sleep!!!!

facebooking reads are done from the minute i embarked on the bus to the minute i get down.

i don’t have much readers to start off with, and now i probably only wanna update those whom i wanna let them know.

what better ways than to find excuses to meet up and chill?

i find coffee sessions now more enjoyable than before.
i find walking and just breathing fresh air more enjoyable than before.
i find yoga classes more tedious now.
my hair and nails don’t seem to be that fantastic and are lacking nutrients.

but some thing will never change as we age.

i still love staring at waves and at planes passing by.
my heartbeat still skips a beat when fireworks appear.

i have learnt to make my life happy within myself.

for someone to make it happier is difficult.. just don’t make it unhappy is good enough for me.

总以为年轻依旧，一不小心却为人妻、为人母、为几乎所有同事的姐了！

　　于是，开始学着适应自己的年龄；于是，开始学着欣赏眼角的皱纹；于是，开始学着总结已走过的人生。现在想来，三十岁之前有很多事情是一定要去尝试的，否则走过了青春岁月就会遗憾不已，今天就和大家一起分享几件三十岁之前一定一定要做的事：

　　第一件事，让我们暗恋一次吧！

　　暗恋在爱情中是最美的，美就美在说不出、得不到，一切都在暗中进行，让人心神不宁、坐立不安。也许只有在年少时，我们才会毫不犹豫地用几年时间去想念、琢磨一个人，那种牵肠挂肚的感觉让人终身难忘！如果年过三十还去暗恋，那有可能把“恋爱结婚”的正事给耽误了！

　　第二件事，至少背包旅游一次。

　　无论去哪里，结果不重要，过程才美丽。我曾经自己去旅游过很多次，大部分时候都是驾车，自己一个人漫无目的地开，哼着《梦醒时分》，看着远处的山和田地；累了就在休息站睡一觉，喝生水，吃盒饭；没人认识我，只有自己在享受那种寂寞；手机一直处于关闭状态，我不想任何人打扰我。这样的旅游每次回来我都像充了电的发动机，可以转很久都不知疲惫。

　　第三件事，至少跳槽一次。

　　换一个工作单位，为自己的一生寻找更适合的位置。要知道过了三十岁，我们的工作最好是稳定的、不漂泊的。还因为三十岁之后我们面临要孩子、做母亲的问题，这个时候稳定的心态至关重要。

　　第四件事，给爸爸妈妈拿回自己赚的一笔钱，每周和父母至少通两次电话。

　　哪怕只有两千块。当然，多多益善。父母的恩德是用多少钱都还不完的，无论他们是否需要，你都应该节俭自己，给父母存一笔钱。

　　年龄的增长让我们明白亲情才是世界上最重要的东西，当你遇到困难甚至是生活中的灾难的时候，只有父母会奋不顾身、赴汤蹈火、竭尽全力地去帮助你，所以对于最爱你的人，一周通两次话不算多！

　　第五件事，学好一门外语。

　　这个社会已经是全球化的了，今后的几十年，你有可能大量地用到一门外语，也许是工作上，也许是旅行时，也许就是教育孩子时。学习语言肯定是越早越好，而且三十岁之后我们的重心常常在家庭中，很难再拿出整块的时间来研习一门外语。今天就开始吧！Let’s go!

　　第六件事，认真地给你的爱人写封情书。

　　年纪大了，动笔的热情可能就会少了很多。所以趁着年轻时的热情劲，在纸上留下爱的印记吧。

　　第七件事，喝醉过，酩酊大醉那种。

　　享受一下那种飘起来的感觉，很舒服的，而且放松，一辈子清醒的人活得太累。只有和好朋友在一起才可能喝得很放肆。当然，女人年纪大了，就不适合大醉了，会显得不够稳重。

　　第八件事，认真地交往三五知己，他们可能会成为你一生的朋友。

　　等你到了五十岁，你就会发现，最好的朋友常常都是小时候或者年轻时交往到的，因为他们最了解你，不管你贫富贵贱，都会一直在你身边。

　　第九件事，热爱运动，打下良好的身体基础。

　　第十件事，每天发呆十分钟，就是随便地幻想一下。

　　年龄越大我们就越没时间幻想，或者说越不会幻想了，因为我们已经渐渐被现实压弯了腰，得为房子、车子、票子、孩子奔波，发呆就成了一件很奢侈的事情。

　　第十一件事，保持每个月读两本书的习惯。

　　这个习惯很重要，这个习惯会让你离这个主流社会不太遥远，关键是读书还可以提升你的修养，让浮躁的你安静下来。

　　第十二件事，有至少一个偶像，为你的偶像至少做过一件傻事！

　　比如花一个月的工资去看他的演唱会；比如为了索要一个签名在酒店外傻等三个小时；比如把他(她)的照片贴满宿舍，这样的事情年龄大了就不会再去做了，其实这是一笔很珍贵的回忆。

　　第十三件事，在好朋友面前毫不掩饰地哭，发泄一下。

　　每个人都遇到过烦恼，可能是失恋，也可能是失业，还有可能就是不开心，年轻时不要把自己伪装得很坚强，没必要。

　　第十四件事，捐款。

　　给比你更需要帮助的人，而且是真实地捐，心甘情愿地捐。

　　第十五件事，生一个孩子，看着他(她)成长。

　　所有的医生都说，生孩子，二十五岁是最佳的年龄，而城市中的女人常常因为压力不得不晚要孩子。其实早有早的好处，那就是他(她)长大了，你还没有老。我女儿二十岁时，我五十一岁，想着都觉得挺可怕的。

　　第十六件事，为最好的朋友两肋插刀。

　　这十六件事，三十岁之前最好一件都不要落下，因为我们只能年轻一次。

work has been hectic.. too hectic till its getting so stuffy.

i really do not wish my life to revolve so much around work, especially when it doesn’t make me that happy.

when can i do something that i feel happy about?

went clubbing over the past few sats – my alchohol tolerance level is back to zero!!

and now i can’t blame it on my skin medication that i’ve stopped for months.

have been using NIKS’ items for almost a year.. ditched all foundations including my fav chanel for this —–>

though i’ve not paid an official visit to maple clinic – this was recommended by so many peeps.

we’re finally going on a planned-trip to USS next friday !!!!!!

4 of us have taken leave together – which makes it uber more exciting!!
